Limitations
In no event shall Similar or its suppliers be liable for any damages. Similar cannot predict or anticipate technical difficulties which may result in gaps in data collection or loss of data, we leverage a multitude of data sources from third-parties at a large scale from across the internet, and failures with these third parties are outside of our control.
Likewise, we accept no liability for service outages including planned downtime for upgrades and modifications.
